How can I view the status of my order?

Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

 

What are your shipping costs?

 There are no shipping costs with G-Gel Ice. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees.

What is your return policy?

All returns are subject to a $7.00 handling charge and customer is responsible for all return freight charges. Product must be returned in resaleable condition for credit.
